This study aimed to assess the Quality of Life, Coping Strategies and Psychological Well-Being in a Portuguese sample of 210 college students, 115 women and 95 men, with ages between 18 and 54 years (M = 22:23, SD = 4.631). As instruments were used a sociodemographic questionnaire, the WHOQOL-Bref scale of quality of life questionnaire (Vaz Serra, Canavarro, Simões Pereira, 2006), the Ways of Coping Questionnaire Parent-Ribeiro and Santos (2001) and the Bien- être Psychologique (ÉMMBEP) of Tavares and Pereira (2006). The results showed differences between the sexes in terms of coping strategies, with females presenting higher values, but showed no statistically significant differences for the student condition vs. Student worker. With regard to the location, significant differences were observed in the variables under study, with students from Coimbra presenting higher quality of life, more coping strategies and Psychological Welbeing and students Lisbon and Évora lower values in these variables. Students used coping strategies differently. The joined relations had been significant of positive direction in all the dimensions of the Quality of Life and of Psychological Well-being, they vary between Weak r=, 217 (Social Envolvement with the Social QL), and Forts r=, 721 (Autoestima with Psychological QL).
