Relatório de estágio pedagógico de Educação Física realizado no Externato São Vicente de Paulo

Abstract

No presente documento com vista à obtenção do Grau de mestre em Ensino da Educação Física dos ensinos básicos e secundário, são apresentadas as opções didático pedagógicas para cada uma das áreas de intervenção. As dinâmicas de intervenção pedagógica nas 4 áreas: Lecionação, Direção de Turma, Desporto Escolar e Seminário, foram desenvolvidas por etapas e para cada uma delas destaco o enorme leque de aprendizagens adquiridas. Na área da Lecionação, destaco a importância da heterogeneidade na constituição dos grupos ao nível das competências motoras e sociais para o alcance das aprendizagens dos alunos e o leque de oportunidades que as Novas Tecnologias ao serviço das aprendizagens para as 3 áreas da Educação Física. Destaco ainda, o desenvolvimento da área dos conhecimentos em articulação com a área da aptidão física, o trabalho colaborativo e o desenvolvimento das competências profissionais através da atividade de Professor a Tempo Inteiro. Na área da Direção de Turma, os ambientes inovadores para a abordagem da problematização do Cyberbullying e ainda das temáticas, Educação para os Média, Voluntariado e formas de Inclusão. O jornal digital turma, “conta-me como foi o teu ano!” foi o culminar das aprendizagens adquiridas ao longo do ano nas diferentes disciplinas, com o aumento da cidadania e literacia digital por intermédio da disciplina de Cidadania e Desenvolvimento. Marco importante nesta área, foi o trabalho colaborativo desenvolvido com os professores para a realização da saída de campo, onde as aprendizagens foram transportadas para ambientes enriquecedores. No Desporto Escolar, o processo de ensino-aprendizagem através de progressões pedagógicas possibilitou a motivação, o envolvimento contínuo ao longo da época desportiva, e a inclusão. As competições informais produzidas no treino ao longo do ano letivo, proporcionaram uma adequada formação e desenvolvimento dos fundamentos básicos da ginástica, assim como incutiu valores educativos. No que respeita o Seminário, perspetivando um ensino no século XXI, o trabalho produzido em torno das Novas Tecnologias para a Lecionação abriu novos horizontes e perspetivas para possibilidades na EF. Foi construída uma ferramenta com sincronização direta para o Template Word com objetivos e metas a perseguir de forma ajudar os alunos a aumentar o conhecimento relativo às aprendizagens e qual o caminho a seguir. The following report with the intent to obtain my master’s degree in Physical Education Teaching in basic and secondary education. With it, will be presenting the didactic options for each field of intervention. The 4 dynamics of pedagogical study are: Teaching, Class Management, School Sports, and Seminary which were developed by levels and for each one of them I will show the knowledge obtained. In the teaching field, I highlight the importance of heterogeneity in the constitution of groups in terms of motor and social skills for the achievement of student learning and the range of opportunities that IT at the service of learning for the three areas of PE. In addition, the development of the knowledge area in articulation with the physical fitness area, the collaborative work, and the development of professional skills through the Full-Time Teacher activity. In the area of Class Management, there is the innovativation in the environments for approaching the problematization of Cyberbullying and also the themes, Education for the Media, Volunteering and forms of Inclusion. The digital newspaper, “Conta-me como foi o teu ano!” was the culmination of all the learning acquired throughout the year in the different subjects, increasing the citizenship and digital literacy through the Citizenship and Development subject. A step forward was the collaborative work developed with the teachers for the field trip, where the learning was transported to enriching environments. In the School Sports, the teaching-learning process through pedagogical progressions enabled motivation, continuous involvement throughout the sports season, and inclusion. The informal competitions throughout then year provided adequate training and development of the basics of gymnastics, as well as instilling educational values. Regarding the Seminar, with a view to teaching in the 21st century, the work produced around the IT for Teaching opens new horizons and perspectives for possibilities in PE. The documents developed and reflected with the GEF for self-assessment in digital format made it possible to increase students' regularity and reflection on their learning. Also, the tool built with direct synchronization to the Template Word for the assessment of student performance, with the definition of goals and objectives, will allow to increase the knowledge about the criteria for success and the objectives to be pursued.
